*On Hold * A leading international electronics manufacturer is seeking a 3PSP in North America to whom we can outsource the receipt, repair, refurbishment and disposition of various CCTV Analog, and Network Video security cameras. The chosen 3PSP will: Provide web interface for creation of RMA for defective customer exchanges Receive defective units from both dealers and direct customers Perform triage and determine state of the units Determine whether dealer credit return is acceptable. Receive and inspect customer returns for warranty service Repair and refurbish defectives and place into B stock Perform Advance and Express exchange using A or B stock items based on manufacturers criteria Build B stock inventory from repaired units for replacement of units within warranty but outside new replacement 90 day warranty period Manage FGI and defective inventory securely and within strict parameters For Out of Warranty units provide an estimate of repair costs within three business days of receipt of defective unit In addition, the chosen 3PSP will interface with the manufacturers IT system. The manufacturer will provide the software to enable this, or a computer system on loan with the appropriate software loaded and operational The manufacturer will provide materials, jigs, test software, calibration equipment and all product documentation and operational criteria. Units beyond economic repair will have all viable materials reclaimed for use in the repair process. Scrap will be disposed of through an approved channel; certification of disposal will be required. Of crucial importance is the 3PSPs ability, and commitment, to provide the very highest level of customer service. This will include advance exchange units being shipped within 24 hours of receipt of RMA and express exchange units shipped within 48 hours of receipt of RMA. Extra consideration will be given to 3PSPs who have the means to dispose of excess and obsolete inventory, maximizing the value of the asset. OEM looking for 3PSP for regional support in China, Australia, New Zealand, India, and UAE that can provide both customer support and reverse logistics. For customer support, looking for both phone and email support. Customer support would be provided in Chinese, English, and Indian languages. All interactions with OEM would be in English. For reverse logistics, OEM is looking for shipping/receiving, warehouse, screen & light repair (mix and match of components). When responding only give a brief company profile with the proper contact information. Include details as to the size, capabilities of your organization including product and component testing capabilities, current global customers, facilities locations, your perceived strengths and weaknesses, and brief financials. Limit your response to three pages.
